Order Status

Items on “pre-order” or “backorder” may take a few weeks to arrive, depending on the supplier. We only ship orders when all items are ready. You can find the estimated shipping time on individual product pages. We update expected shipping dates if there are any delays.

Delays are often out of our control. Possible causes include pressing plant delays, customs delays, or supplier backlogs. We keep customers updated via Instagram and Facebook about most issues, please check there first before contacting us about your order.
