Product Description

Originally released as a cassette album in 2007, Embrace of Thorns’ debut full length, “…For I See Death in Their Eyes…” reflected the culmination of a series of progressively more intense demos that the band released in the early-2000’s. Immediately hailed as a monumental chapter in the history of Bestial Black/Death, the album quickly saw vinyl release by Germany’s Iron Bonehead Productions and on CD by Kill Yourself Productions (the label run by EOT vocalist and songwriter, Archfiend Devilpig). On the strength of “…For I See Death in Their Eyes…” the band signed to Nuclear War Now! Productions for the release of the excellent “Atonement Ritual” LP in 2009. While EOT’s style has evolved, its debut LP still remains a magnificently blasphemous work of diabolical art. Long sold out from the original labels, NWN!, Iron Bonehead and Tales From The Crypt reissued the album on picture disc format in advance of the NWN! Fest 3, but in an edition large enough to ensure that copies will remain available for some time through mailorder channels. Limited to 666 copies in die cut jacket.
